Your new non-smoking home has 3 large bedrooms with oversized closet space in each room. There are 1.5 bathrooms; a large 4-piece bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor as you enter the home. You’ll enjoy your spacious kitchen that has a stove, fridge and dishwasher as well as your dining room with a large bay window. In the unfinished basement there is room for storage and/or to create family recreation or office space. You’ll also have a front-loading washer and dryer in-home for your convenience. Being part of a co-op is similar to living in a condominium. There is a volunteer board and tenants vote to make decisions for the whole complex. There are several co-op meetings each year and co-op members volunteer to keep the property in great condition.
